বাংলা: কাজের প্রস্তাব। Client-এর problem, solution, scope, timeline বা price explain করে পাঠানো message/document।
Requirement
বাংলা: প্রয়োজন / শর্ত। Project-এ client কী চায় বা কী deliver করতে হবে তা requirement।
Deadline
বাংলা: শেষ সময়সীমা। নির্দিষ্ট তারিখ বা সময়ের মধ্যে কাজ শেষ করার limit।
Revision
বাংলা: সংশোধন। Deliver করা কাজের পরিবর্তন বা correction।
Milestone
বাংলা: কাজের ধাপ। বড় project-কে কয়েকটি measurable stage-এ ভাগ করলে প্রতিটি stage milestone।
Feedback
বাংলা: মতামত / প্রতিক্রিয়া। Client কাজ দেখে যে comment, suggestion বা correction দেয়।
Delivery
বাংলা: কাজ হস্তান্তর। Final file, website বা completed work client-এর কাছে দেওয়া।
Follow-up
বাংলা: পরবর্তী যোগাযোগ। Reply না পাওয়া বা next step confirm করার জন্য আবার message করা।
